YOUR VALUE AND SELF WORTH

Your core belief is your fundamental viewpoint of yourself. We often perceive these beliefs as absolute truths when they are just our subjective opinions. Our core beliefs are deeply ingrained in our thoughts and influence how we see ourselves and others. What characteristics define your personality?

MS. PIES: 6 main areas make up your core belief system and play a part in your personal development:

It is natural to seek ways to assess ourselves and those around us. Our value and worth to others are often shaped by life's circumstances, experiences, and environment.

God sees you as his perfect creation but knows you will fall short. By being in daily pursuit of scripture, God’s word will help you recognize your true reflection in Christ Jesus.

“My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand” John 10:27-28 (NIV)

Do you ever feel like you don't quite fit into this world? God is waiting for you to embrace change. God's gift of releasing the negative, the old, and the unattractive is waiting for you. Imagine embarking on a transformative journey to renew your fundamental beliefs and wholeheartedly embrace a fresh perspective on life. Picture a world where you're liberated from society's rigid standards and expectations and envision treating others with the same liberating mindset.

REFLECT:

1. Have you ever felt “Not Good Enough”?

2. Are you currently facing a situation where you question your qualifications?

3. Have you ever been placed in a position or given an opportunity and turned it down because you felt you were not qualified or good enough?

God often speaks at unexpected times and calls on broken and sinful people to fulfill His work and mission. This includes you and me. God sees our potential through our brokenness, and it is through our weaknesses that God's strength can bring us to a place of being more than good enough. God does not dismiss us from His plans just because we may feel unworthy.

What part of your core belief needs transformation?
